By booking with Tidwell Visuals, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure a smooth and professional experience for all parties.

• All sessions must be booked in advance through our official booking page.
   
• Payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed upon. We reserve the right to withhold delivery until payment is received.
   

• The property must be photo-ready at the time of the appointment. We do not provide cleaning, staging, or decluttering services.
   
• If the property is not ready, the photographer may choose to proceed as-is or reschedule, subject to a rescheduling fee.
   

• Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours after the shoot. Rush delivery may be available upon request for an additional fee.
   

• Pricing listed is based on standard residential homes up to approximately 5,000 sq ft.
   
• Larger properties, extended time on site, or additional service needs (such as multiple structures, outbuildings, or difficult access) may incur additional fees. These will be communicated before or after the shoot if not initially disclosed.
   
• Travel fees may apply for properties outside our standard service area.
   

• All delivered media is licensed to the client (real estate agent, builder, or homeowner) for marketing purposes related to the sale or promotion of the specific property.
   
• Media may not be reused for future listings or transferred to third parties (e.g. another agent or brokerage) without written permission.
   
• Tidwell Visuals retains the right to use any media for self-promotion, portfolio, or advertising unless otherwise requested in writing.
   

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.
   
• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
   

• In the event of inclement weather, we may reschedule or adjust the shoot as needed. If interior work is still possible, we may proceed and return for exteriors at a later date.

• If the photographer arrives at the property and is unable to access it (due to locked doors, no access code/key, no one present, etc.), a $50 no-show fee may be charged.
   
• A new appointment will need to be scheduled, subject to availability.
   

• Tidwell Visuals is not responsible for any damage to property or belongings during the shoot.
   
• We will exercise caution and professionalism during all sessions, but it is the client’s responsibility to ensure the property is safe and accessible.
   

• Aerial/drone media is subject to FAA regulations and may not be possible in restricted zones or during unsafe weather conditions.
   
• 3D tours and floor plans are approximations and should not be used for exact measurements.
